How does this compare to something like Miro?

@james_afino Hey James, it's a fair question because there is a lot of overlap in the use cases covered by Miro and by boards within Whimsical (Whimsical Flowcharts, Wireframes, Mind Maps, etc.). However, with Docs, Whimsical can now support a ton of totally new use cases that can't be done in Miro. For example: product specs, team wikis, meeting notes, client dashboards, etc. To get a feel for these, you can see live examples here (which is a Whimsical Doc itself): https://whimsical.com/docs-use-c... There is a lot of power in being able to nest boards (and other Docs) directly inside of a Doc.

Whimsical's flowcharts and wireframing are already an essential tool for quickly sketching out product ideas. Adding docs to the mix is going to help me communicate those ideas to clients. It just makes sense as the next step. I'm excited for this.

What an update ! Congratulation Whimsical to get things to another level. I use it almost daily for educational purpose within my team. The new Docs update will really makes things easier and go beyond the Notion + Whimsical embed I had to go through.

This is awesome! I find myself having to do some context switching still, using Notion as a main platform but still having to go to Miro for stuff like mindmapping, etc. Will check it out for sure.
