Whimscope went live on the App Store and Google Play five days before we posted here. We picked Sunday, 12:01 AM PDT deliberately lowest competition day of the week, and we didn't want to be the lifestyle app sitting next to four AI agents and a productivity tool. That part worked as expected.
We weren't featured. We didn't really expect to be, though there's always a small part of you that hopes. But we needed to run it anyway, and here's why that mattered more than the featuring.
Whimscope gives you simple micro-adventure ideas for everyday life β matched to your time, energy, mood and budget.
Look through the lens for an idea, save it, plan it solo or with friends, and keep the moment in your Journal once it's done.
Most apps in this space help you organise what you already planned. Whimscope helps you want something in the first place. It's not a habit tracker and it won't nag you.
Now out of beta, on the App Store and Google Play.
Whimscope helps you turn small wishes into real moments. It suggests simple micro-adventures that fit your time, energy, mood, and the kind of day you actually have β from a 15-minute reset to an evening plan or a weekend idea.
You can browse ideas, save them for later, plan solo or with friends, and capture the moment with a photo or note once itβs done. Whimscope is built for people who want their everyday life to feel a little more lived-in, without turning fun into another task list.
