a live map of where people actually are. What would stop you installing it?
I'm the developer behind WhereToGo at spdev labs, a small London company. It's a free Android app: people post places they love with a photo and a real pin, you follow the ones whose taste you trust, and the map shows how busy a place is right now as a live count. Nobody is named at a place unless they chose to be, there's no location history, no ads, no advertising ID.
It went live on Google Play last week and launches here on Monday.
Before it does, I'd like the objection, not the compliment. What's the first thing that would make you close it? "Empty map in my city" is the one I expect, and it's honest, so I'm curious about the second one.
The listing is here if you want to look before answering: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.getwheretogo.app
