When - iOS app Launch - Track how long it's been. Count down to what's next.

Track how long since your last haircut, oil change, or dentist visit. Count down to what's coming. One tap to log. Items sort by most overdue, so the thing that's drifted furthest is always at the top. Share a Space with your partner. When either of you logs something, it updates in real time for both. No more "I thought you handled it."

Hey Product Hunt, Mr Perez here. I built When and I'm really glad it's finally out. The idea came from a specific frustration. My partner and I kept having the same conversation: "when did we last...?" About the dog, the car, the filters, the appointments. Neither of us knew. We'd each assume the other had it covered, and things would drift for months longer than they should. The weird thing is there's no good tool for this. Habit trackers are built for daily streaks but that's not what I needed. Maintenance apps are heavy and complicated. I just wanted to see the number. So I built When. Add a thing, tap when you do it, see how long it's been. That's most of it. The part I'm most proud of is making it shareable. You can share a Space with someone and you both see the same items in real time. Anyone can log. When it's done, it's done for both of you. It turns a personal tracker into a shared one without adding any complexity. I spent a long time on the design. I wanted it to be something you'd actually keep on your home screen, not something you'd open once and forget. Beautiful tools get used. Used tools become habits. (or at least thats what I like to think) A few things I'd love your feedback on: 1. The onboarding, does it make sense immediately, or does it take a moment to click? 2. The Spaces sharing flow, is it obvious what to do? I keep having second thoughts of the spaces page. 3. Anything that feels missing for your own "occasionally recurring" tasks. It's free to download. Thank you for checking it out.
