The parts that hurt were never the big ones: the job posted twice in two places, the interview that took eight emails to book, the scorecard that lived in a DM, the offer nobody could find six months later. weone is an applicant tracking system for solo recruiters, agencies and in-house hiring teams. You post a job once — to a branded careers page on your own subdomain and to LinkedIn — and run candidates through stages you name yourself. AI parses the résumés and scores each against the criteria you set, with the reason next to the name. The call stays yours. Candidates pick their own slot from the panel's real availability, and the Google Meet link goes out with the invite. Panels file scorecards beside the résumé, and an accepted offer is recorded on the candidate. Two apps: weone for business, for a company hiring its own team, and weone for recruiters, for solo and agency recruiters filling client roles. $19 per recruiter seat per month, $39 for an agency ($15 and $32 per seat per month billed annually); hiring managers and interviewers are free collaborator seats. 16 languages.
