Hi Product Hunt, I built Website Audit, a Chrome and Edge extension (the same engine also runs in the cloud as an Apify Actor). It runs axe-core (Deque's open-source rules engine) on the page you're looking at and lists the WCAG 2.2 A/AA issues it finds, with the affected elements, a fix for each and a highlight on the page. "Check speed" adds Google PageSpeed Insights: the Lighthouse scores and the Core Web Vitals. What I'd want to know before trying it: - It does nothing until you click it: no content scripts on every page, only activeTab, scripting and storage permissions. The accessibility audit runs entirely in the browser. The one thing that leaves the browser is the page's address when you press "Check speed": it goes to my server, which asks Google, doesn't log or save it, and drops the result from memory after 10 minutes. - Single-page audits and speed checks are free. The paid plan ($9/month or $79/year) is for the work around audits: PDF, CSV and JSON reports, sweeps of up to 100 pages from a URL list or sitemap with a speed score per page, history that shows what was fixed or is new, and EN 301 549 references for the European Accessibility Act. The Agency plan ($29/month) puts your logo on the reports. Every Pro feature is free for 7 days, no card. - Automated checks only find part of WCAG. The report says so and lists what needs a manual check. I'd love feedback on false positives, rules you'd expect, and what a report for a client should contain.
