If a contract template changes, you can either:
Replace the existing PDF within the template settings (ideal for minor layout updates), or
Create a new template and re-map the fields, with the tool helping match existing fields to the updated layout.
Documents that have already been sent or completed remain locked to the PDF version and field configuration they were created with, ensuring data consistency and auditability.
