Hey everyone! VowCrew goes live here on Product Hunt tomorrow (Sep 1) at 12:01am PT, and I wanted to introduce myself and the app before then.
I'm Madeline, solo founder and developer. I built VowCrew after living through the chaos of being in a wedding party endless group texts, lost spreadsheets, no single place for the wedding party to actually coordinate. VowCrew is a dedicated space just for the wedding party: group chat, shared photos, itineraries for showers/bachelorette trips, and expense splitting (with AI receipt scanning) so nobody's stuck chasing Venmo requests.
Most wedding party tools are either bloated all-in-one planners built for the couple, or a plain group chat used as a workaround. VowCrew is purpose-built for the wedding party itself: organized sub-crew chats, shared itineraries, expense splitting with AI receipt scanning, polls, and a shared shopping list — all in one app instead of scattered across texts, spreadsheets, and DMs. Built solo, from scratch, specifically to replace the 17-person group chat nobody can find anything in.
