Hey Alex, thanks! It's currently web-based. You basically send your users a link, and they can create new posts, upvote, and comment.
got it, well, there's the same problem with reviews in mobile apps, actually even a bigger problem cause there're less tools

I actually can't wait to test this! Seems like an awesome tool. If there would be a way to have this inside an app that would be a game changer, but will try through email marketing for now :)

Where does this product live ? Embedded in our app, external platform? or some other place? This is a huge problem. And we usually use GitHub issues, email for feedback.

It's currently an external platform, but you will be able to choose between Embedded and External when we get out of beta. GitHub issues aren't user-friendly, they're developer-friendly, if that makes sense. You can't really share this with your customers if they aren't technical.
