Hi Product Hunt 👋
I'm Ruben Bos, co-founder of Volerion.
We started building Volerion after repeatedly running into the same problem with public vulnerability data. Security teams and developers are left dealing with gaps in coverage, inconsistent scoring, missing metadata, and delays that slow down triage and automation.
Today, we're making our vulnerability intelligence broadly accessible through an NVD-compatible API.
It follows the NVD 2.0 response format, so switching can be as simple as changing the API host. Volerion's analysis becomes the primary source, while existing public vectors remain available in the response for comparison.
The API includes CVSS 3.1 and 4.0 vectors derived from reproducible attack graphs, dictionary-validated CPEs, affected version ranges, richer summaries, and categorized references. New CVEs are typically analyzed within minutes.
We have already submitted hundreds of corrections to CISA's Vulnrichment project, and earlier this year we presented our attack-graph approach to CVSS at VulnCon 2026.
We're a two-person, bootstrapped team, and this is our first Product Hunt launch. We care deeply about making vulnerability management more complete, consistent, and trustworthy.
I'd genuinely love your thoughts:
* How are you currently dealing with incomplete, inconsistent, or delayed vulnerability data in your tools or workflows?
* What would make this indispensable for your team or product (specific integrations or other improvements, etc.)?
* Try the API and tell us how the data quality feels in practice.
You can try the API free for 30 days here: https://app.volerion.com/solutio...
Thanks for reading this far! We'll be here throughout the day to answer questions and hear what you think.
