Most AI tools send your PDFs to OpenAI. I built one that doesn't.

I'm kusa, solo dev behind Voince — launching tomorrow (Sep 28).

What it does: extracts structured data from PDF invoices and exports to CSV/Excel. The interesting bits:

→ The AI runs self-hosted on my own VPS (Ollama + Llama 3.2). Your invoices never touch OpenAI, Google, or any external provider.

→ The AI only extracts. Every financial check (subtotal + tax = total, line-item sums, required fields) is done by deterministic Python — not by the model guessing numbers.

→ Built solo, on a $14/month VPS. No Kubernetes, no microservices, no external AI dependency.

Free plan: 10 invoices/month. Pro: $10/month for 100.
