We are a young French startup developing VO2Fast, a web app dedicated to cycling training.
Currently, the team consists of 3 persons:
Nicolas Bourquard, app developper and amateur cyclist.
Carl Dupont, pro coach, sports scientist, and high-level triathlete.
Theo Faye, communication manager, and sports fan.

CUSTOM ADAPTATIVE TRAINING PLAN
VO2Fast will generate you a training plan based on your availabilities, objectives, and your training level. For each week you will be able to update your availabilities for each day, plan a training ride or a group ride, or even a new secondary objective. The plan will automatically adapt to account for every change.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
Our app will automatically analyze every ride you upload.
It will build you a power and heart rate profile that will allow you to track your progress.
Our workouts are also based on those profiles to get the right level of intensity for you (% of FTP is great for some workouts but not everywhere. That's why we use different targets for sprint or vo2max workouts). You will be able to run the workouts on your Garmin device or your Home trainer/Zwift (support for more devices will be coming later).
You will also be able to track your fitness over time (CTL, ATL, form) and see a detailed analysis for each of your rides.
More features for better training individualization and adaptation are planned for the future ;)
For our launch, we are offering 3 months of free trial. Our main goal right now is to get feedback.
