Meik - Exercise 1:1 with a Personal Trainer through video call.

I started working on Meik after I came out from knee surgery (torn my ACL) and was stuck home due to the strict lockdown due to covid19. I was sure was exercise I had to due, and to commit co exercising. Until I found a trainer that started training me through Zoom. I loved this method, since it made me more accountable, I received personalized routines, instant corrections and the possibility to talk to someone while exercising.
