Why did you build this? We built Virtual Creator Studio (VCS) because event professionals have been asking for something simpler, faster, and more flexible than the heavy virtual event platforms out there. Most existing solutions are either too technical, too expensive, or too rigid. We wanted to give planners the ability to design and launch their own fully branded virtual venue in minutes — no dev team, no code, no long onboarding cycles. What’s new and unique about your launch compared to alternatives? Unlike traditional platforms that own attendee data and lock you into their ecosystem, VCS is: Privacy-first: Registration always lives in Swoogo (or your preferred reg tool). VCS never stores PII - we just use it to enable personalization and pass it to integrated tools when needed. DIY Venue Builder: Create lobbies, stages, expo halls, and resource centres visually, without coding. Integration-friendly: Bring your own livestream, chat, or help desk tools via simple embeds - giving you full flexibility. Lightweight & Fast: Because it’s browser-based and modular, VCS is easier for attendees to use and smoother to launch compared to clunky, monolithic platforms. What are you most proud of in this launch? We’re proud that VCS has already been battle-tested in real events - like the recent Club Ichi AI Hackathon (https://brainsbehindthebots.club...) - where planners pushed the product beyond its early capabilities. We learned, adapted, and proved the platform could support creative, high-energy events right out of the gate. Most of all, we’re proud that we’ve built something by event professionals, for event professionals - a platform that reduces friction, respects privacy, and makes it possible to build memorable virtual experiences with the same ease and creativity you’d expect in designing a website.
