Hey everyone - founder of VIDI here. One thing that kept surprising me while talking with smaller businesses and agencies: people spend huge amounts of time thinking about acquisition, hiring, outbound, fulfillment, retention, operations, etc. But contracts were often treated as: “skim quickly and sign.” I kept seeing strange renewal clauses, liability language, weird payment wording, and indemnification terms people barely noticed until something went wrong. VIDI started as an attempt to make contract risks easier to understand in plain English before signing. Still very early and still learning in real time while building this.
