I’m building VideoAI360, an AI tool that turns long-form videos like podcasts, interviews, webinars, and YouTube videos into multiple short-form clips for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.

The idea came from seeing how much time creators spend manually:

• Finding the best moments in long videos
• Cutting them into short clips
• Resizing them for vertical platforms
• Adding captions
• Exporting everything separately

With VideoAI360, you upload one long video, choose how many clips you want, and AI finds engaging moments and generates the Shorts automatically.

I’m currently improving the product before launching on Product Hunt and would really appreciate some early feedback.
