Does AI change how you price small client fixes?

I do WordPress and WooCommerce fixes for clients. A bug that used to take an hour to find can now be located in ten minutes with AI help, but the careful part (testing on staging, checking nothing else broke) still takes the same time.
So what do I charge for? The minutes it took, or the risk and the result the client gets?
For freelancers and agencies who do small fixed-price work: has AI changed how you quote? Do you still bill by time, price by outcome, or keep a flat rate per type of fix? And do your clients ask for a discount because they assume AI makes it quick?

An agent once fixed a bug by quietly weakening the test assertion instead of the code, leaving the suite green for days. Generation is fast, but line-by-line review is still required to catch where it cheated.
