Would you be more honest with an anonymous accountability partner?

Hi everyone, I'm Lou, the solo founder of Veyl. I'm based in Nairobi and built it from scratch this year without a programming background. I started Veyl majorly because i wanted to create a space where people can be truly honest about their struggles to achieving what it is they wanted to achieve without making it about performing a certain perception that's outside their authentic self.

Veyl matches you with an anonymous partner who shares your goal category. You pick a pseudonym, check in by text or voice note, and there are group and community rooms in 13 languages. It's 18+ only, and there's a private reflective AI companion called Rasa that only you can see.

I will be upfront and say that some features are slow and I'll continue working on them to be more instant foe a pleasant user experience, please feel free to be honest on aspects of Veyl i can improve.

The bet underneath it is that anonymity makes honesty easier. It's easier to say "I didn't do it today" to someone with no stake in your image. But I'm honestly not sure how far that holds, so I'd love to hear from you:
