Introducing Matti! We hope you enjoy what we've built. We've taken our experiences building and scaling popular games like Landmarkr and distilled them into a platform for you to create games freely with your friends, share in community, and publish for the world to play. We liken our efforts to building a creative platform for the next generation of builders, and that work has only continued as we roll out this mobile app to service game builders and players where they are located. Vevey is collaboratively driven, making creating games as easy as sharing a Google Doc with a friend. Now, that experience can go with you anywhere. Let us know your feedback as your build on our iOS app. We're always looking for great game creators!

Awesome concept and great execution.. congrats on bringing Matti to iOS i'll try

 Thanks - hope you enjoy!

Tutor rather than generator is a meaningful distinction and I hope you hold that line. The people who want to make games don't want a finished game handed to them, they want to understand why their jump feels wrong. Building Game Guides around things people already play is smart scaffolding. Is Matti tied to a specific engine, or is it engine-agnostic?

Right now it's structured around HTML/Javascript but in the future we'd like to expand it to more languages. Good question! Would love any feedback you've got :)

A guided vibe coding environment for children is a great approach. As much as I've tried to encourage my children to use Codex/Claude Code directly to build out their gaming ideas, there's still an element of intimidation they face using those tools. I like how this is guided specifically for children their age. Will definitely have them try this out!

Thanks for sharing it w/ them! Please let us know how the experience goes :)

What did GPT-5.6 Sol, Terra and Luna unlock that made your launch possible?
GPT-5.6 helped us debug our entire game generation pipeline. For a while we had recurring timeouts due to overly-cautious error checkers put in place a while back. 5.6 Sol sorted out the delays and rebuilt the entire debugging sequence our platform uses to check for the most common game generation bugs before delivering a build to the user. This helped speed up time from prompt to gam delivery by 30%, while reducing the cost by 20%.

Overly cautious error checkers slowing down your own pipeline feels like such a familiar trap.
What made you realize they’d become the bottleneck instead of the safeguard?
