Introducing Vet and Hire — AI That Catches What Recruiters Can't

I'm building Vet and Hire — an AI-powered recruitment intelligence platform that helps hiring teams stop making expensive mistakes.
The Problem
89% of resumes contain exaggerations or outright lies. With ChatGPT, it's now trivially easy for candidates to generate polished, metric-filled resumes that look perfect — but say nothing real.

Recruiters spend 8+ minutes per resume manually screening, and still miss red flags. The result? Bad hires that cost companies $30K–$250K each.
What Vet and Hire Does
We built 5 core tools that work together:
1. Resume Analysis — Upload a resume + job description. Get a scored breakdown of skills match, red flags, timeline gaps, and tailored interview questions in under 30 seconds.
2. Authenticity Detection — Our AI specifically looks for signs of AI-generated content, inflated claims, and fabricated metrics. Think of it as a lie detector for resumes.
3. Interview Co-Pilot — A real-time AI assistant that listens during live interviews and suggests follow-up questions, flags inconsistencies, and scores candidate responses.
4. Interview Prep Reports — Generate comprehensive prep packages with company deep-dives, likely questions, salary benchmarks, and talking points.
5. Technical Assessments — Create AI-generated assessments with anti-cheating proctoring (tab-switch detection, face verification, liveness checks).
