I reimagined the way agencies keep profit in projects.
Think of all the things that ever went wrong when working on a team project. Aka “redo” work - who pays for that.. I’ll tell you who, not the client. The tired business owner.
I was over chasing info from teams, drawn out projects, disconnected feedbacks, no way of seeing whom was working on each projects and how much is was costing vs what it was quoted.
A few tantrums later and a whole lot of time working out the biggest problems and how to manage them.
It’s started with a checklist idea then turned into something more thinking of the whole lifecycle of annoying this that happen.
Evolving from a lite ERP + PM + Client management portal CanTicket was born.
A place where you can literally tick - it - off.
Ok now I need to hustle.
