Hey again — Flo here, still building Velyr solo out of Munich.
A lot has changed since my launch post, so here's where things actually stand:
The product is simpler now.
I cut the free scan and premium report entirely. They caused confusion and the free scan had a real bug on SPAs. The focus is 100% on the agent: it runs weekly, finds your biggest conversion problem, writes the actual code fix, and opens a GitHub PR. You review and merge via Telegram.
Pricing is straightforward.
One plan: €29/month, 14-day trial included, card required. No tiers, no credits, no upsells.
The agent got a lot smarter.
The underlying architecture was rebuilt from scratch over the last few weeks. It now does proper framework detection, builds an import graph of your repo, ranks components by conversion impact, and reads only the relevant files before writing a fix. Results are measurably more precise.
PostHog integration is deeper.
The agent now pulls scroll depth and click map data (not just pageviews) to find problems that pure analytics would miss.
If you're running an e-commerce or SaaS site on a public GitHub repo, this is the point where it's actually worth trying. Happy to answer questions here.
