VanHackathon 2019 - Predicting best talent for jobs at VanHack Community.

Being a data enthusiast, I have always wanted to work on a real problem a business is facing and help solving it using data. With VanHackathon 2019, I had the perfect opportunity I have been waiting for, in which they had a data challenge with the purpose of making it easy for recruiters at VanHack select the best candidates for each job opening from thousands of candidates who are eligible. I have used my data skills to analyze, build a model and predict the best candidates matching each job with the top 10 best talents available based on important features that are likely to denote a candidate getting hired. On top of that, I have built a front end app with UI that enables you to select a job opening and get the top 10 most suited candidates for the specific job to make it easier to view the results.
