How do you connect all your tiny growth experiments into one story?
I have a question for other early stage founders and builders here.
As small teams, we usually do a mix of things for growth. We ship features, post on communities, test small ad budgets, publish few pages, and so on.
On the surface these look like separate activities handled by separate people. But your users don't necessarily see it like that.
So, I have been thinking a lot about this gap.
In my case, I work with Meta Ads data and long form content and I am helping build Vaizle AI for performance marketers. That makes me very aware of how disconnected our own view of channels can be compared to the real journey in the user’s head.
I am curious how you handle this in the early stages.
When you run small growth experiments across different channels:
• Do you have any simple way of connecting the story, even if it is just in a notebook or a spreadsheet
• Are there one or two metrics or questions you come back to after every experiment
• Have you found a habit that helps you avoid seeing everything as separate numbers
I am still figuring out my own system for this and would love to learn how other founders and teams here are thinking about it.
PS: Part of why I am asking is that it will influence how we shape Vaizle AI in 2026, so real founder perspectives would be very helpful.
