V1: Motivational content automation - Create faceless vids with human-shot footage, no AI visuals

I’m Aidan, founder of NarrateAI. I started NarrateAI after building a faceless content business and realizing how much time goes into finding high-quality, copyright-safe, human-shot footage and stitching it together into cohesive videos. Most tools in this space rely on AI-generated visuals, which often leads to generic outputs and increasing platform risk as platforms crack down on synthetic content. NarrateAI takes a different approach: instead of generating visuals, it automates video creation using real footage captured by real people. You enter a topic or script, and NarrateAI turns it into a complete faceless video using human-shot footage, AI narration, and animated captions. We started with motivational content, but are expanding into additional faceless video niches. The hardest part was building the footage matching system—mapping language, emotions, and concepts to the right real-world clips so the final video feels intentional, not random.
