Hi , Features such as session replay are similar. However UserExperior is much more than just a session replay tool and provides capabilities such as heatmap deep dive so that you can know WHY users are performing those interactions. It also provides response time tracking for APIs and screens. Our on-view experience dashboard enables complete visibility across tech, usability and performance issues experienced by app users.
Very cool! I dont have an app, but this seems very useful. I will share it with those that I know who have apps.
