Short videos drive a lot of buying decisions today, like Reels, Shorts, Spotlight, etc.
Yet the flow usually breaks at “link?” comments, DMs, or endless searching.
I am curious:
What do you usually do when you want to buy something you saw in a video?
Do you rely on creators, comments, screenshots, Google Lens, or just give up?
What’s the biggest friction you have felt in this process?
As builders, we are exploring ways to reduce this gap, but I’d love to hear how others experience it.
