While building InspireMind (an AI mental wellness companion), we realized something interesting β most people know they should take care of their mental health, but in real life they donβt know what to do in the exact moment stress or emotional overload hits.
Some try journaling but canβt stay consistent.
Some download meditation apps but stop using them after a few days.
Some wait until things feel serious before seeking therapy.
We are trying to design InspireMind for these real-life moments β quick breathing support during anxiety, simple mood tracking, AI-guided journaling reflections, and helping users understand emotional patterns over time.
