Building ConvertFloor, a fast file conversion tool. What features actually matter to users?

I'm currently building ConvertFloor, a simple web tool focused on fast file conversions without signups or clutter.
The goal is to make common conversions extremely easy and reliable.
Right now the core tools include:

ā¢ PDF ā JPG / PNG
ā¢ JPG ā PDF
ā¢ Rotate PDF
ā¢ Delete PDF Pages
ā¢ Extract PDF Pages
My focus is:
ā¢ very fast processing
ā¢ clean UI
ā¢ no signup required
ā¢ minimal ads
ā¢ privacy-first file handling
Before expanding the platform, I'm trying to understand what conversions people actually use most.
Some ideas I'm considering adding:
ā¢ OCR for scanned PDFs
ā¢ HEIC ā JPG
ā¢ Background removal
ā¢ Document compression
ā¢ Video ā GIF
For people who regularly use tools like this:
What conversions do you find yourself needing the most?
Also curious about:
