Within a few days of using the Ubunye Method, I slept better. I also learned a lot about myself and how grounding guided meditation can be. Laying in bed at night, sleepless and anxious about what the next day, week, or month will bring, is unproductive. I would rather sleep, feel rested, and face my day. The daily meditation sessions are also an excellent way to start your day.
