Two Weeks Since Launch — What We've Learned and Improved

It’s been two weeks since we launched on Product Hunt, and we just wanted to pause for a moment and say thank you. The support and feedback from this community have been incredibly motivating. Many of you signed up, tested the app, and even went the extra mile to share video reviews and bug reports. We truly appreciate it.
A few of those early videos helped us uncover some critical issues we hadn’t seen. At the same time, we’ve been continuously monitoring performance and testing the app across different use cases on our own.
One thing I personally regret is not reaching out to our early signups with updates or follow-ups. That silence doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten you—quite the opposite. We’ve been putting all our focus and energy into making the product better for you.
Here’s what’s changed since launch:
We’ve significantly improved the onboarding experience in the dashboard.
We completely reworked the LLM and prompting logic, addressing some common pitfalls.
After two weeks of tuning, testing, and analyzing, we can confidently say: the chatbot is now 5x better than what many of you experienced at launch.
And we’re far from done. We’re continuing to test and refine every day until the app becomes fully stable, reliable, and ready for any use case you throw at it. We’re also happy to help troubleshoot your campaigns, share best practices, and support you however we can.
