Tycoon AI - Run one-person companies entirely with AI agents
by•
Tycoon.us enables you to run an entire company with AI agents, powered by Astra, an AI CEO, and 10+ ready-to-use AI agents you can choose from, from CMO who manages X to CTO who codes. Astra also manages Claude Code/Hermes.
Give Astra a KPI or project, like “10x traffic this month,” or “launch onboarding flows.” She creates a plan, assigns agents, tracks progress, and asks for approval when needed.
Every agent is out of box, so no setup, coding, or API keys required.

API calls? Expensive? or different format?
When Astra creates a plan and assigns agents, how does it handle conflicts between agents — like if the CMO and CTO have competing priorities on the same sprint?
Hello,
I am having a lot of trouble with you product/services. Worker pods are consistently failing with HTTP 402 at pod spawn despite active subscription, $99 balance, and $100 monthly spend limit. Happening across all tasks. Started after subscribing to the Tester plan. Multiple retries are wasting credits.
Also, the "tycoon.us/support" page is not working.
Please advice,
Thanks!
Congrats on the launch
I am curious to is it possible to integrate the agent with meta mcp for directly running ADs and design creatives as well. Like is it capable of execution or only of strategy
Tycoon AI
@vaibhav_kalra yes of course
The branding around “Tycoon” is interesting—it subtly reinforces a mindset of building and growing wealth, which makes the product feel more motivational than purely functional.
Tycoon AI
@isabel_douglas The product is both motivational and functional and works!
Curious how well it actually retains context over time — or if I’d still end up re-explaining things every few steps. That’s usually where most “agentic” tools start to break down.
Hey @xiaoyin_qu3 , congrats on launch! I'm curious how Tycoon is different from opensource Paperclip? Also, another thing to mention, why Tycoon is mirroring human-first company chart if there are only AI employee? Your CEO can manage 50 engineers, 100 content creators and many more without extra "C" level. Going down the tree from CEO -> CMO -> Content manager -> LinkedIn post writer causes the request requirements drift and unnecessary tokens burn.
Tycoon AI
@gsostak We are purpose-built for tech companies and we are not a general framework. Astra and all team members have been trained by the same playbook that got us 1M ARR and 100K users. You can have it a try. I also I don't believe in paperclip's multi-level hierarchy. I think it's an old-school playbook. I believe in flat organizations that Astra can manage specialists to get it done. It's highly effective if you have it a try!
@xiaoyin_qu3 Oh I see, thank you for the explanation! I was kind of missled by your screenshots where there are CTO, CMO...
I just started to use it. I think the idea sounds very intriguing and I am absolutely willing to try it. I am running a small SaaS business. I think onboarding to Tycoon could be improved, because context is the most important part so the CEO should understand the business first before start to run and do things.
hey @Tycoon AI @itsluo @richie_cheng I tried Tycoon and I see the potential, but the TTFV is long. I setup two companies. In both tests, I got a landing page before I run out of credits. That is something lovable creates in 30 seconds. I think the credits need to be expanded to see the first user. That is the "Aha moment." I also had my dad who is 70 try to use it as the "mom test." I watch him use it. He put in the prompt, and then couldn't find anything after the prompt was executed and he saw the first green check marks which makes me think the onboarding flow and ux could use some iteration. I then compared it to polisa. For $49 I got a full site, outbound campaign, and my first user. I think if you make these changes you will dramatically shorten the TTFV and get much higher conversion. I hope it helps. DM me if you want to setup a call.

@itsluo @richie_cheng @adamroot thanks Adam! Do you mean we should charge you, give you site and first user. you'd rather see that, than free but just a page without user?
This is really something. Super impressed with the concept and curious to check it out. Unfortunately, the Discord invite link isn't working and that's stopping me from moving forward because I'd like to check in with others who are using it. Are you aware of this issue?
