Congratulations on the launch!! I definitely have found it difficult to write testimonials and generate ideas on what to write quickly. I am sure this will help me write good testimonials for products I enjoy using!

@oleg_avrah I guess you did not understand the goal of this tool. This tool and the addition to our platforms aim to help people overcome the fear of a blank page and provide feedback on products and services they love. This means a client gives his opinion in his own words about a product or service as short keywords or short sentences. The AI uses these keywords and crafts a nicely written text based on these keywords. So nobody said that a product or service should not earn reviews. See it similar to "Grammarly" that gives people a huge help when they struggle with writing good texts.

@carsten_schaefer_trust ok, now it looks not so tricky. but real is real. How do you know what your customers really think about your product if you offer them to add a few keywords and press the button? Real reviews (positive or negative) provide team with the real qualitative data. AI-generated reviews are useless at this point. If the main goal is about increasing the number of reviews - ok, your tool will work.

@oleg_avrah Our goal is NOT to increase the number of reviews! Our goal is to help write a good text. Not everybody can write a good text based on that what they think / or want to say. And here, our feature comes to the rescue. The clients write in short sentences/words what they think about the product/service. Then we use AI to convert these ideas and comments into nice sentences. Again, using a tool like Grammarly makes the text better than I have written. This is similar. Without the ideas and words from the client it can not create a useful testimonial. It is not here to be tricky. It is here to offer clients an easy way to overcome their writer's block in case they do not know how exactly to write a testimonial.
