Its a new product for setup of RDP access and access to workspaces (desktops, servers) on-premises and in the cloud. It integrates to Active Directory automatically, it easy to implement, and pretty inexpensive.
For a small company there are plenty of products that might be a better fit. If you don't have an AD server for example, then I wouldn't recommend using this.
If you are a huge company, like over 10,000 employees, then there are other products that might be a better fit.
Also, if you are managing a bunch of client networks, it has some neat tools to keep track of all your clients servers and remote into them. I guess good for MSPs.
Pros:
Easy to setup, built in MFA, inexpensive, monthly licensing, no plugins, no firewall changes, dark web scanning, free installation, AD auth
Cons:
They are building out mobile connectors and plan to release them in the coming months but they are not ready yet.

I find it pretty helpful. Check it out and see what you think. It's relatively new and they are quick to develop new features.
