This looks like a huge leap for 3D workflows! Sharper geometry + clean topology + auto-rigging in one pipeline is a game-changer. How well does the new texture model hold up under animation lighting?

Congratulations on launching Tripo. As a curious user, I checked out the product and indeed, it's a great one. Just a quick question. I understand 3D rendering requires computers with high processing power and a Dedicated graphics card. But with Triple AI one can basically do this online. Will this also require a higher graphics card at some point in time?

 Thanks so much for checking Tripo out! Glad you found it useful! You’re right — traditional 3D rendering usually needs powerful local GPUs. But with Tripo everything runs in the cloud, so you don’t need a high-end graphics card to generate or preview models. All you need is a browser.

Hii thanks for your question. As what Maise put, we are a generative 3D foundation model. We trained the model by ourself and you could easily get the access on the website. And we did have some open sourced models on huggingface and GitHub. Feel free to check them out with ‘VASTAIResearch’

I’m fascinated by how smooth the geometry and textures look in it results. Most AI models struggle with realism, but this seems to handle both structure and detail exceptionally well. Excited to test it out!

Kid-me always wanted to animate; Tripo 3.0 finally made it feel doable. Sketch, 3D, auto-rig got me out of planning mode and into making and it nudged me to start a little story of my own. Upvoted with gratitude.
