Hey all, I'm James the founder of Trackio. I originally built Trackio to organise receipts and expenses, but I kept seeing the same problem: businesses don't just struggle with receipts—they struggle with every document. Contracts, licences, insurance policies, bank statements, tax notices... everything ends up scattered across folders, emails and PDFs. So I rebuilt Trackio around a much bigger idea: upload any business document, let AI understand it, then simply ask questions instead of searching through files. You can ask things like: Which documents expire this year? Find all invoices from a supplier. What insurance policies do I have? Which documents need my attention?
