TrackHound 1.9.0 is out.

by

Most navigation apps optimise for the same thing: get there fast. TrackHound optimises for the opposite — it deliberately routes you onto small roads, farm tracks and dirt paths. Narrow, quiet, and worth riding. For ADV motorcycles, 4x4 and overlanding, supermoto and gravel bikes.

Three things in this release:

🎥 Ride video — record from the front camera, the rear, or both at once as a picture-in-picture. Clips are saved alongside the trip, with engine and ambient sound if you want it.

🛴 Scooter routing — a new vehicle type that routes electric kick-scooters onto scooter-friendly roads and paths.

📍 Per-stop routing mode — on a multi-stop route, pick how each leg is calculated. Fastest to the first stop, Curviest to the next. No Pro needed.

Under the hood it's still the part I'm most proud of: routing runs entirely on-device, offline, anywhere in the world. No server round-trip, no tracking, no account. Download the maps once and ride out of signal.

Built solo. If you ride, I'd genuinely like to know where it takes you.
