Tracé - Maths & physics slides you can change live in class

by•
Tracé makes animated maths and physics slides in your browser. Type an equation and get a live graph, reveal ideas one click at a time, write your own animations in a few lines, solve a science problem, or describe a lesson and let AI build it.

I made Tracé because maths and physics slides are usually static: a screenshot of a graph, an equation pasted as an image. In Tracé the graph, the pendulum or the circuit sits on the slide and moves when you click, and the audience can drag the sliders.

You can try the whole editor without an account. Decks stay in your browser until you sign up. It runs on Cloudflare Workers and Supabase, the animations are drawn with a small scripting language I wrote, and videos are rendered in the browser to MP4.

There is an optional AI builder (describe a lesson, get slides). It is the part I trust least, so I would like to hear where it gets the maths wrong.

Free tier is the full editor. Pro is $6 a month billed yearly. What breaks for you first, and what would you want it to animate that it cannot?

I tried the AI tool to create some PPTs, and it worked perfectly, not just for math! 😅

Tracé has made maths feel more concrete and easier for me to visualise.
