Toss-up - Group scheduling for crews that meet every week

Toss-up is group scheduling for the people you keep seeing: a tennis four, a D&D party, a book club. Set the group up once with a minimum headcount. Each week everyone taps the days they're free, and Toss-up shows the day enough people can make.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Werner, and I built Toss-up because my weekly tennis four kept dying in the group chat. Someone asks "who's free this week?", three people answer, one says "next week maybe", and the plan quietly stops. Poll tools like Doodle and When2Meet help for one event, but every poll ends when the event does. For a group that meets every week, that means the same person rebuilds the same poll every week, forever. Toss-up is built around the group, not the event: 1. Set up the group once and set a minimum ("we need 4 for doubles"). 2. Share one invite link. Everyone joins with just their email, no password. 3. Each week, members tap the days they're free. Takes about ten seconds. 4. Toss-up shows the day that hits your minimum. The admin confirms with one tap. 5. Next week starts on its own. Nobody has to ask again. What's new since our first launch: * A native iPhone app (the web app still works everywhere, Android included) * One invite link per group, so the whole crew can join in one go * Plus and Pro for people who run several groups, with a 28-day window * A free team picker for splitting players into fair teams It's free for one group, which is enough for most crews. I'd love to hear what your group uses today, and where Toss-up falls short for it. I'm here all day to answer questions.
