Hey Product Hunt! My name is Piotr. My brother and I built Toggly to solve a problem that sounds embarrassing once you say it out loud: my partner and I, two adults with smartphones, were still double-booking ourselves because we had our schedules in three separate apps. We used Google Calendar for events, a notes app for shared lists, and a separate app for expenses. It worked, sort of. But it meant three different apps to open, three different places to look, and zero connection between them. When we planned a weekend trip, I had to cross-reference a calendar, a note, and an expense thread to figure out what we had agreed on. I looked at the existing options before building anything. Cozi has been around since 2012 and the design shows it — no expense tracking either. TimeTree is solid for shared calendars but stops there — no lists, no expenses. There was no single app that combined all three without asking you to give up design quality or simplicity. So we built Toggly. Here is what it does: - Shared calendar with day, week, month, and timeline views — color-coded per person, real-time sync across devices - To-do lists with task assignment, so "buy the groceries" actually belongs to someone - Expense tracking with charts, budgets, and category breakdowns - Widgets for iOS and Android - Bidirectional calendar sync with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook - Works on iPhone, Android, and the web — no device lock-in Links: togglyapp.com | App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/toggl... | Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/ap... What makes Toggly different is that it treats the shared context as the product. The calendar and the list and the expense are all aware of each other because they live on the same board, shared between the same people. On pricing: the free tier gives you a shared board with up to 2 members, which covers most couples. Pro is $3.99/month, $14.99/year, or $39.99 for a lifetime license. No ads, no data selling. I have two specific things I would love your feedback on: 1. Onboarding — the first three minutes after you create a board. What felt confusing or slow? 2. Use cases I missed — I built this for couples and families, but I am curious whether anyone finds it useful for roommates, small teams, or something I have not thought of. Thank you for checking out Toggly. I will be here all day responding to every comment.
