8th launch and still $2.30/seat is a hard sell against "we replace Slack, Notion, Jira, and Zoom." those tools got good at their one thing by focusing on it for a decade, and the actual switching cost for a team isn't the price of the seats, it's retraining everyone's habits and migrating years of docs and history. what's the realistic use case, a brand new team with nothing to migrate, or someone willing to eat the pain of moving off all four at once?

 Thanks for the question. You're absolutely right that switching costs are much bigger than subscription costs. That's why we don't expect teams to replace everything overnight- but help them do it one by one.
