Tito - A flexible approach to daily planning

by
Life rarely goes exactly to plan. Most productivity tools fail because they are too rigid. One overdue task or a message you had to respond to can ruin your entire schedule. Tito is built on a different philosophy: flexibility over fixation. It transforms your schedule into a dynamic task playlist, designed for anyone who needs a plan that can breathe, shift, and adapt in real time.

Hey Product Hunt! Ever since I started a new job, I've had less and less free time. My organization started to fall apart, and I had almost no time left for what I actually love doing: coding. Some days I was just too tired, and other days, last minute plans or responsibilities would totally disrupt my flow and force me to just try again tomorrow. I tried all sorts of solutions, but building this app turned out to be the best one for me. Now, I set time blocks for tasks and create a "playlist" for my day each morning. Whenever I actually have the time to sit down, I work through my tasks and the app shows me exactly how much time is left. I love this because I can get home knowing exactly how long everything will take without being locked into a specific order or rigid time slots. Also, the countdown feature helps me stay focused without getting distracted. I'd love for you to try it out and give me your honest feedback, specifically on: - UI/UX: Is the app intuitive? Did you feel like anything was missing or wasn't explained properly? - Workflow: How do you use the app in your own daily life? Is there any part of the countdown or playlist feature that breaks your flow or focus?

Congrats! So you can combine presets with custom activities?
