Hey Product Hunters!
This is my first time launching something like this publicly, and I built TiniText to solve a problem I kept running into myself.
I often needed to work with text and audio, things like transcribing voice notes, summarizing long content, or turning rough ideas into drafts. What frustrated me wasn’t the lack of tools, but how complicated many of them felt for such simple tasks.
So I started building small utilities for my own use. Over time, a clear rule emerged: if a tool doesn’t reduce friction, it doesn’t belong. That mindset shaped everything in TiniText, fewer decisions, clearer behavior, and tools that stay out of the way.
This is the first public version, and it’s already being used in real situations, but it’s very much something I want to improve with feedback.
I’d genuinely love to hear:
- What text or audio task you repeat often
- Where current tools feel unnecessarily complex
- Whether you prefer fewer tools done well or more control
I’ll be around today responding and learning, thanks for checking it out 🙌

We rebuilt TiniText from an all-round text utility into a transcription-first workflow. Now it focuses on turning calls into speaker-labeled transcripts, summaries, key decisions, and action items you can share fast. Free: up to 5 min/file and 5 min/day. Plus: up to 300 min/file, 300 min/month, and searchable history. Would love feedback on transcript quality, speaker labeling, and whether action items are useful in your real workflow.
