Timecap helps you to limit the time you waste on things you would like to avoid.
It creates a way for you to create time goals for activities you would like to do more of and to track the time you spend on unproductive things.

@ziggycrane This is an exceptionally well-designed app. So far it has been a pleasure to use with it's current set of features. You've definitely outdid all the others apps in this category and you've just inspired me to create!🚀
@swaglr Thank you so very much! App is still far from being done. Working daily.

I started to use it two weeks ago. Because the quarantine is affecting my productivity and my mental health big time. I needed a tool to track my progress in different task without the need of a external timer. A way to motive myself to do things and see my progress at the end of the day. Thank you for the app! Already a paying user.

I have the pro version of this app found this app really useful only thing is that i constantly forget to start the timer before actually doing my goal and there is no option to add an event on that same day for eg i can edit that i studied maths for 2 hours yesterday but if i study for 20 mins today I'll have to wait for tomorrow in order to add that event.
@chinese_whisper You can edit today's sessions by taping on activity and scroll down to "Sessions" block. Then tap on session you want to edit.

Sory if i wasnt clear ill give another eg I by mistake clicked on say goal1 whereas i was doing goal2 after the goal completion i realised that i had messed it up now there is no option to edit goals in the "Today" menu
Problem 1- i want to reset goal 1
problem2- i cant add my progress manually like i cant say i was doing goal 2 from 12:00Pm to 12:30Pm like i would be able to for yesterday's work
@chinese_whisper As I said, when you tap on activity, you scroll down to "Sessions" block, you can delete session that's logged by mistake. Go back and go to another activity you want the session to be added, tap play and then pause to create temporary session. Scroll down to "Sessions" again and edit it with the correct times.

Just came across this app and it's quite nice! I've just shown it to my partner who's an occupational therapist, so she can hopefully use it with her clients.
There's two features I think would be useful (for me, at least)
1 - When setting a time-based limit, having an option for an alarm to go off would be useful. If I wanted to, say, meditate for 15 minutes then an alarm at the end of that 15 minutes would be useful. This wouldn't be as useful in the "goal" setting where you may not mind if you go over the defined time.
2 - When setting the period (ie. every day, every month, etc), a "custom" option would be great too. For example, I could do 15 minutes every 3 hours in between 9am and 6pm. Something like that would be great if I wanted to do 10 pushups 3 times a day, for example.
Lastly, this is more of a UI/UX enhancement, is to change the input type from NUM to TEL on any inputs that only require numbers (like inputting time periods). The keypad is easier to use on TEL in these cases.

I use your Android App, this app does things we I never knew I needed.
I am always cautious of I have done and what I haven't, and the Great UI just makes the app more seamless to use.
