Hey Product Hunt! I'm Ryan, a pastor and dad who's also in school, and I built TimeBlocks because I wanted a simple answer to one question: is my time reflecting what I say matters most?

Most time trackers make you start and stop timers, or watch your screen to prove you were working. TimeBlocks does neither. It asks one small question a few times a day ('What were you working on?'), you tap a category you defined, and after a week or two you get a clear picture of your pattern.

What it does:

- Quick prompts on Mac and iPhone, with no timers to start or stop

- A timeline of your day and a visual grid of your week

- Categories you define yourself

- A free personal study of 7, 14, or 30 days

- Team studies, for groups that want to see where their combined time goes

What it never does: watch your screen, record apps or keystrokes, or grade you on 'productivity.' You choose what to log, and you interpret the pattern.

It's brand new, so I'd love honest feedback. What would make you actually use something like this? What's missing?
