Time Zoneish - Your team's time, instantly clear

by
Track time zones for your entire team with a beautiful menu bar app. See who's available, find the best meeting times, and never schedule another 3am call.

Hey! Ross here, indie dev from England. I built Time Zoneish because I kept getting meeting times wrong with people in different time zones. I work with people in the US, Europe, and occasionally Australia, and I was constantly googling "what time is it in New York right now" or miscalculating time differences when daylight savings shifted. Missed a couple of calls because of it which was embarrassing. Time Zoneish lives in your menu bar and shows all your contacts with their local time and whether they're available right now. The bit I find most useful is the time slider — you drag it forward or back and it shows you what time it'll be for everyone simultaneously. Makes scheduling so much easier than doing the maths in your head. It also ties into your calendar so you can see conflicts before you book anything, and you can schedule meetings directly from the app with everyone's timezone accounted for. Some other bits: Import contacts straight from your address book See availability at a glance — green for available, shows their local time Drag the time slider to find a time that works for everyone Create calendar events with timezone info baked in Menu bar app, stays out your way It's on the Mac App Store if you want to check it out. appish.app/timezoneish Would love to know what you think, especially if you deal with multiple timezones regularly. Happy to answer any questions!
