Timbre — Precision Cold Email - Scrape a niche, score each lead, write one at a time

by•
Most outreach tools optimize for volume: scrape a list, blast a sequence, hope something sticks. Timbre does the opposite. Pick a vertical and Timbre scores every lead against signals you define, so you know exactly why it's a good fit. Then it drafts one specific email per lead, built around that reason — never a {name} template. You review, edit, approve or discard. Nothing sends automatically or in bulk: every email goes out one at a time.

Hey hunters! I built Timbre because every outreach tool I tried pushed volume: scrape thousands of contacts, blast a templated sequence, and hope for a few replies. That felt more like spam than sales, and the reply rates showed it. Timbre starts narrower, not wider. You pick one vertical (I started with tourism), Timbre scrapes it, and scores every lead against the signals that actually matter for that niche — no website, no online booking, review count, team size… Each lead gets a HOT/GOOD/MEDIUM/DISCARD tag with the reasoning explained, so you're never guessing why something's a priority. Then it writes one specific email per lead, using that reasoning as the hook. You review it in a simple approval panel, edit if needed, approve or discard. Nothing sends automatically, and nothing sends in bulk — every email goes out one at a time, with a person behind it. It's bilingual (Spanish/English) out of the box, and I'm opening access in small batches while I keep tuning the scoring logic per vertical. Would love feedback, especially from anyone doing outbound for a niche outside tourism — that's exactly what I want to stress-test next.
