Honestly this solves a very real problem
In most communities or startup teams, the same questions keep getting repeated across Slack, Discord and support chats even when the answers already exist somewhere in docs or old conversations.
I like that the AI is trained on the company’s actual knowledge base instead of behaving like a generic chatbot. Feels much more useful for real support workflows. Would be interesting to see how it handles incorrect or outdated community answers over time though.
