Hi everyone, I'm Oshin, a medical student and the maker of ThreadCare. I built this because of my dad. For years our family tried to piece his health story together across scattered records, visit notes, and our own memories. The information existed. It was just never in one place, so the full picture was hard to see and even harder to share with each new doctor. ThreadCare connects scattered medical records, symptoms, and medications into one source-linked health timeline you can actually understand and share with your care team. Every item links back to the source record, so you can always check the original. This is an early proof of concept built on a fictional sample patient, so you can explore the whole experience without an account and without sharing any real health information. It does not diagnose or give medical advice. It organizes what you already have so the story is easier to follow.
