Hey everyone! I built therappai because of two things: As the founder of a hyper-growth startup in the past, I’ve battled anxiety and mental health challenges for most of my life. Accessing support was always too expensive, too slow, or simply unavailable when I needed it most. Traditional therapy is incredibly valuable, but it’s also: Hard to access (waiting lists, scheduling headaches). Expensive (one session often costs more than a month of Netflix, Spotify, and Prime combined). Inconsistent (help isn’t there in the moment you’re struggling).
